Lean broiled chicken breast with steamed brown rice

New York Cheese Cake (without whipped cream)

Afternoon snack

Small packet of Oreos

Double serving of Ben and Jerry’s double chocolate and vanilla Ice Cream

Small joint

Dinner

Five packets of chitos

Half of a six-pack

A kilo of snickers

More ice-cream
