Archaeologists prove that the Hobbits and Fred Flinstone actually existed
It is final. Archaeologists have proven that Tolkien was right and there really were Hobbits. ScienceDaily reports researchers from Stony Brook University Medical Center in New York have confirmed that Homo floresiensis is a genuine ancient human species and not a descendant of healthy humans dwarfed by disease. Using statistical analysis on skeletal remains of a well-preserved female specimen, researchers determined the “hobbit” to be a distinct species and not a genetically flawed version of modern humans.
In a related article the International Inquirer has stated that irrevocable evidence has been found to back their theory that Fred Flintstone actually existed and in a major dig taking place in South Dakota archaeologists have uncovered remnants of the ancient city of Bedrock. Artifacts discovered include a horned beret believed to be symbolic of the Loyal Order of Water Buffaloes, large round flat stone boulders as yet unexplainable, pet dinosaur leashes and dried saber skins with painted letters on them that appear to read Yaba Daba Doo To You Too. Scandanavian authorities who are backing the Dakota dig have found further proof that Scandinavians are indeed descendants of the Flintstones and not the inhabitants of the Ice Age as was previously believed. Now it is left for scientists and archaeologists to explain how dinosaurs, once believed to have died out in the Ice age, were still around during the Flinternial Era.
