Iphone Gems – pandora box

Among my other quirks, I love gadgets. I look almost daily for new Iphone applications of worth – preferably free ones. Even though I can’t compete with the agility of my kids I enjoy computer games that don’t expent me to kill aliens too often.
Apple spoiler: most games of any worth eventually find themselves marketed in the 99 cent price range. But, and this is a very big but, in order to generate some hype the apps creators often begin by marketing them for free for a limited period of time. Because of the multitude of applications out there which you are unlikley to have heard of, applications that already bear a pricetag are often put on sale – often for free – again for a limited period (or so they say). This brings us to one of my favourite and most useful applications – pandorabox.

This great gem lists all the applications great, good or otherwise idiotic that have been released put on sale or given away for free during the previous 72 hours. Enjoy!
